Great caravan cover

We have always stayed with caravan club insurance as they provide great cover giving peace of mind and can’t be beaten on price. Reviewed on: 28th July 2021

Quick pay out

We had an issue/accident which resulted in our caravan being “beyond economical repair” it took just five days from the accessor inspecting the caravan to us having the cheque through the post and with a fair price settled. Reviewed on: 28th July 2021

Quality

Prices good , no silly amounts of increase each year and remind you without pestering, been with them a few years now Reviewed on: 28th July 2021

Caravan club insurance

Best there is may be a little more costly than others but cover is new for old up to 15 years old and covers all eventualities if an accident occurs. Reviewed on: 28th July 2021

Not as good as it used to be

Excellent but booking system lets it down

Happy overall with all aspects of the club with the exception of booking. This should be a lot easier as it’s let down by a disconnect between site numbers, site names the App/website and guide book/map all having to be used at the same time to make proper sense of it. We have recently completed a tour of Scotland using club sites where possible( can be thin on the ground in Scotland) but during planning had to repeatedly switch between printed materials and electronic to ensure we were correct. On line offering needs serious improvement. Otherwise club provides a good quality and “safe” experience. Reviewed on: 28th July 2021
