I had to make a claim after an accident to my caravan. Unfortunately it was written off due to its age but the offer made was more than expected and the whole process was dealt with in a very professional but friendly manner. 10/10 Reviewed on: 21st July 2020

Reliable Friendly and will always go that extra mile

Been members for lots of years and have never yet had any complaints at any of the sites we have stayed at. The welcome on arrival is always friendly and positive and pitches and facilities are very high standard. We've stayed at a few commercial sites but always prefer a Club site as they never disappoint us. Reviewed on: 21st July 2020

Easy process and great staff assistance

I had dealt with several different insurance providers regarding caravan cover. The caravan and motor home club helped make this a personal experience with my needs the most important issue rather than insurance company needs.
