Amazing sites

First class insurance

Having had the misfortune to have to make a claim I found the Club insurance to be excellent. I was dealt with quickly and efficiently, the claim authorised promptly and received a call when the repairs when completed to ask if I was completely satisfied with the repair, before authorising payment to the repairer. When problems endure small print ensure

We had yet another brand new faulty caravan, off we went to go to France for three weeks. The faulty wheels boxes lasted until we reached at first stop near Dover. Your insurance was great, telephones calls, details, inspections all showed BRAND new caravan wouldn’t survive. Your insurance gave us several options and after glass of wine, we continued our holiday without the caravan. Next day our holiday began, small print ensured this was smooth and best thing sliced bread! Reviewed on: 4th July 2020

Good service, friendly, fantastic sites, great offers

facilities always spotlessly clean, helpful hard working wardens

i have always found the CMC first class , and highly recommend this club, the pitches and grass are always kept tidy by the wardens who have a wealth of knowledge about the area are polite and make themselves available if you need help, so if you want cleanliness ,friendly staff and a safe environment look no further than the Caravan and motorhome club Reviewed on: 4th July 2020

Amazing service

We arrived at Durham from Cornwall to discover that the rooflight of our Bailey had disappeared somewhere on the journey. One phone call to the caravan club insurance secured us funding for its immediate replacement by a recommended local company . No hassle, no problems. We have used the club insurance since the 1970s.
