Top marks everytime

I have been a customer for many years but found what seemed a really good price for renewal and took insurance out with another provider. Unknown to me what a mistake i had made. I had an accident 7 months in to the policy and had nothing but trouble with the new insurer who refused to recover the caravan from the scene of the accident an so i had to recover it at my own expense. I was also due for renewal again an discovered i had lost all of my 20years No claims bonus i had built up with the caravan club as the new provider didnt protect the no claims bonus which is something i would of requested an only taken the cover out on that basis but they refused to agree. I rang the Caravan an motor home club asking to return. The advisor was so helpful an reassured me that i would be covered under their policy if anything happened like this. So i will now remain with the caravan an motor home club indefinitely. The customer service an cover is the best and as a member you save money in the long run with discounts on sites. Great sites and great staff

Failed to cover for Covid 19

Sold as gold standard cover and failed at paying out even though covered for quarantine!!! Very poor customer service and I lost my money. Never again. Reviewed on: 3rd July 2020

Oustreham accident

After hitting the rear of my caravan against a fence in the ferry port as soon as I arrived home my insurance swung into action and immediately submitted approval for the repairs to be done , I had a first class service and would certainly use them again Reviewed on: 3rd July 2020
