Caravan fire

Sadly our beautiful new caravan (Adria twin axle, used only once) caught fire at the bottom of my garden, I think it was in 2009 - 2010 and burnt to the ground As Adria did not make that model anymore the caravan club replaced it with a Swift Conqueror with out any fuss or bother I can’t thank them enough, and have enjoyed 10 years of caravanning. Great service

The damage was quickly accessed and they were happy to use the repairer my mechanic recommended (who was fairly close to my home) and the repairs were completed within a short time after the claim was made. Could not fault the service and have had no hesitation in recommending the club insurance to others. Reviewed on: 2nd July 2020
