Great Location, excellent clean facilities, friendly folk

Very happy with cover offered and provided.

Good cover and helpful staff. I have not had to make any claim but looking back to when I started cover the people I talked to were friendly and helpful. I pay that little extra so if anything happens I would be able to buy a new caravan nearing what I have now. Reviewed on: 2nd July 2020

Excellent service

When our 4 month old, twin axle caravan was stolen from it’s CASSOA Gold storage area, we thought it would be difficult to claim. Nothing could be further from the truth. The Club’s cover and their loss adjuster were fantastic, very sympathetic and very reassuring. The claim was paid in full in four weeks and our new caravan has been reinsured with the Club. Friendly accessible sites

We have been caravanners since 2010 and always use caravan club sites. We have never had a bad experience and have travelled all over the UK. Wardens are always friendly. Dogs are always allowed and catered for. Amenity blocks are always spotless. We are very happy to continue using these sites and would wholeheartedly recommend to others. Reviewed on: 2nd July 2020
