Amazing service

We arrived at Durham from Cornwall to discover that the rooflight of our Bailey had disappeared somewhere on the journey. One phone call to the caravan club insurance secured us funding for its immediate replacement by a recommended local company . No hassle, no problems. We have used the club insurance since the 1970s. Outstanding Insurance

We know someone who insures their Caravan with the Club, unfortunately they had their caravan stolen. All that was left where the caravan had been was the tracker, alco wheel loch and hitch lock. Their claim was settled 3 weeks after the incident in cash, they purchased a similar van from a dealer of their choice. Reviewed on: 4th July 2020

Peace of mind and great when you need it!

A lorry scraped its wing mirror down the side of the caravan on a French aire. We were able to carry on with the holiday and when we got back to the UK the assessor agreed to the repair very quickly. It was the parts we had to wait for! Reviewed on: 4th July 2020
