Easy startup for new motorhome owner

Everything was so easy and quick when we purchased oprivately a motorhome having never owned one before. The saw the motorhome in the morning and were able to dive it away fully insured mid afternoon. Reviewed on: 6th October 2023

I can sleep well under my cover!!

No more sleepless nights... i have found a great cover! CMC Insurance cover that is. I had thought my previous cover was Comfortable, but my new cover is better. After a most distressing recent trip, when everything that could go wrong did, and everyone involved simply passed the buck, I can't describe the real comfort I felt when the CMC insurance broker, and AXA, listened carefully to my story, my frustrations and walked me at my pace firstly through the reporting phase, and subsequently through the claim process itself. Communication was excellent. The AXA portal updating me on progress was fantastic. Engineers reviewed my repair estimate from MY repair bodyshop and had given the all- clear for repair to go ahead very quickly. Efforts continue by their backroom team to help me try to appropriately find and attribute blame to the 3rd party who fled the scene, and the recovery team who exposed my vehicle to that risk in the first instance. I had indeed lost a lot of sleep over the period, but the support and help with resolution from CMCs insurance provider literally allowed me to sleep better. I can't recommend highly enough. Cheers.
