We haven't had to use the customer service, except to change address and vehicle. But, they were very quick to get these sorted and the documents came the same day on email. Very efficient. Reviewed on: 9th July 2025

A great specialist product

Great motorhome insurance - after having it for years last year I had to claim. It was quick and easy to do so (with sympathy on the damage of our beloved "Campo". It is nice to be able to add on the breakdown cover to the policy as well. Reviewed on: 9th July 2025

Pleasantly surprised

Surprised to find how much more competitive than my previous provider, including legal protection. Policy provides a wide scope of cover that met all my requirements and didn't include compulsory breakdown cover that I didn't want! Reviewed on: 9th July 2025
