Helpful friendly staff

Luckily I only talk to them once a year at renewal, but every year they take the time to answer any questions I may have fully and with a friendly attitude which, let’s be honest, does go a long way nowadays, as it’s getting rare with the majority of businesses to be treated in the way Caravan Guard treat you. Our claim

We've had insurance with caravan guard for a while but didn't need their claim services until recently. The initial phone call from myself was immediately following the accident, call handler was reassuring and a calming influence.
