Inexpensive but superb when it really counted.

Caravan Guard was (slightly) cheaper than any other quote I found and had been recommended by the dealer who sold the caravan to us. Shortly after receiving a quote, I discovered a couple of features of the van that I was not previously aware of (being new to caravan ownership). When I advised Caravan Guard, they promptly requoted me and dropped my premium further! Of course, the proof of the pudding is in the eating or, in the case of insurance, how well they deal with claims. I had a small accident with the van only a couple of weeks after buying it and Caravan Guard's claim handler was brilliant, quick, efficient and empathetic. The claim was quickly settled without any attempt to fob me off; so unlike any car insurance claims I have experienced or spoken to friends about. In short, I will continue to recommend Caravan Guard to friends; the company has been superb to deal with (though I hope that next year my dealing will be limited to paying the premium.)
