Excellent caravan insurance provider.

We were given plenty of notice for the renewal. The price hadn't gone up to much. Contacted the provider for the extra costing of adding EU, to our insurance. Telephone sales acted professionally and polite. So we went ahead and added the EU to our policy. Reviewed on: 9th August 2026

You get to speak to a human and everything is painless.

We've used them for a few years now. Renewal is always painless and you get to speak to humans, which is a rare treat these days. A couple of years ago we unfortunately had to make a claim and it was all handled completely painlessly. Reviewed on: 9th August 2026

Professional, Helpful and Reassuring

I’ve been very pleased with Caravan Guard so far. Communication has been excellent throughout, with clear information and prompt responses whenever I’ve needed to get in touch. The premium wasn’t the cheapest, but it was competitive and, for me, the level of cover and customer service justified the extra cost. Fortunately, I haven’t had to make a claim yet, so I can’t comment on that process from personal experience. However, based on my dealings with the company so far, I have confidence that if I ever do need to claim, the process will be straightforward and won’t involve unnecessary red tape or delays. Overall, I’d happily recommend Caravan Guard to anyone looking for a professional insurer that offers good service, competitive pricing, and the reassurance that they’ll be there when you need them.
