Top marks for my customer service experience.

Spoke with Richard in customer services regarding a new insurance policy for my Campervan. He was extremely helpful in explaining the details of the policy and although my campervan has a tracker fitted but not active, I would be given 28 days to arrange a working device. I also received a discount for having a Milenco steering lock which wasn't mentioned in the online quote. Top marks for my customer service experience. Reviewed on: 31st July 2024
