Always great service

Have been with caravanguard for a number of years. They are always competitive on price and offer great advice when you contact them. I have in the past broken down in my motorhome and they have always arranged the correct type of recovery. Reviewed on: 25th July 2022

Excellent Service

Good value for money

Great customer service. Covers everything we wanted for our Motor Home Insurance. We have not had to make a claim up to now so could not comment on that. When it came to renewal we were very pleased with the annual premium. Reviewed on: 25th July 2022

Professional personal and efficient

Clutch went on our camper van whilst in Northumbria. Contacted caravan guard and spoke with a very helpful operator who managed to arrange for a local recovery company to attend and convey us along with the camper van back to a local garage near our house outside Edinburgh. I have used Caravan Guard since 2016 for my motorhome insurance and have been happy and satisfied with their excellent service.

My premium automatically went down by £27 this July 2022. All other insurances with other companies (house, car etc.) always go up by a large amount prompting the usual phone call and haggling. Caravan guard do not do that, I have never had to ring up and haggle with them. They are a fair and ethical trading company. Reviewed on: 25th July 2022
