Straightforward and good service.

Straightforward processes and good customer service. We’ve been a Caravan Guard customer for two years now, prices seem very competitive or better so no reason to complain so far. Reviewed on: 19th July 2025

Great value insurance

Luckily have not had to make a claim so cannot comment on that side of things but their customer service when renewing or making enquiries is second to none. Their policy is great value for money and covers all you need. The regular newsletter is always very informative and a good read, not to mention the chance of winning a great prize. Excellent service and good value which is hard to find!

I have always been able to easily speak to very knowledgeable helpful staff when calling Caravan Guard. I was happy with their value for money, having searched around a lot before choosing them. The premium has not increased too much in my second year. Also I was impressed with the breakdown service when I got stuck a couple of times. Caravan guard no need to go elsewhere

Caravan guard , always pleasant to talk to , gives great discounts dependant on what security you have , you can talk to a representative 7 days a week , this year's quote was less than last year, didn't even think of going elsewhere for a quote.
