Saved our holiday!

Couldn't start MH after a fuel stop. Phoned Caravan Guard who arranged a local breakdown/recovery agent who arrived within 30 mins and got us sorted. The CG call handler quickly understood the issue and took the necessary action so we could continue our holiday. Reviewed on: 5th August 2026

Great Customer Service

We got our Insurance with Caravan Guard after being refused by three other providers I think the reason for this was we had a recent claim which wasn’t our fault. The air-conditioner in our previous campervan caught fire. we were pleased to get the Insurance although we think the Premium was probably loaded by the underwriter because of our recent claim not because we were a bad risk.
