Very easy to arrange and renew cover.

The process was easy.

The process was easy. All done on the telephone with a real person who knew what they were talking about. All options were covered and discussed, no confusion. I was given a quote and went to find other insurance deals. Caravan Guard premium was the best. When I went back to Caravan Guard I was put through to the original salesperson so no catch up required and my policy was set up and ready to go when I received my Motorhome. This company was old fashioned in a good way, knowledgable, friendly, courteous and provided an experience I wish all telesales were like. Oh and their quote and cover was what I wanted not what they wanted me to buy. Reviewed on: 5th August 2026

Caravan Guard not only provide excellent customer service and value for money, they also follow that up with really useful tips about motorhoming in general, security, product reviews etc. A refreshing approach which makes you think that you are in a really good motorhome club rather than just paying for insurance! I took the insurance out with the breakdown cover &...

I took the insurance out with the breakdown cover & had to use it when away in wales. The breakdown company contacted me within five minutes of me phoning caravan guard up and told me they would be there within 60 minutes and they were there in 60 minutes and we were on our way within the hour so excellent service. Customer Service You Can Rely On

I’ve been insured with Caravan Guard for my motorhome, and every time I’ve needed to contact them, they’ve been brilliant. I don’t often leave reviews, but Caravan Guard deserve one. Every time I’ve had to ring them with a question about my motorhome insurance, they’ve been a pleasure to deal with. The phone is answered quickly by a real person, and everyone I’ve spoken to has been friendly, polite and easy to talk to. What I like most is that they don’t overcomplicate things. They listen to what you’re asking, explain everything clearly and get it sorted without any hassle. I’ve never come off the phone feeling frustrated – quite the opposite, I’ve always felt that they genuinely wanted to help. Good customer service seems to be getting harder to find these days, so it’s nice to deal with a company that still gets the basics right. For me, that’s worth a lot. I’d happily recommend Caravan Guard to anyone looking for motorhome insurance with customer service you can actually rely on. Reviewed on: 5th August 2026
