Easy to use website, great cover and quick claim process

I found the Cedar Tree website easy to use and the different levels of cover were explained well which we great as I needed cruise cover. We unfortunately had to make a claim when we had returned from holiday but the process was straight forward and relatively quick. Reviewed on: 20th August 2019

So easy!

In this day and age when everything seems to be such a hassle and big fuss with the simplest of things these days. It was a breath of fresh air to renew my insurance once again for another year, and it was made so easy. So quick and easy was it, I will be looking at changing all our insurance needs over to Cedar Tree now we have found them. Just wish we found them sooner, and wouldn't think twice to recommend them to anybody. Reviewed on: 20th August 2019

Good travel insurance, fair prices

Exactly as I need

The insurance met my needs exactly and for a good price. I've not had to make a claim but hope and expect that standards of claims department would meet the same standards I have come to expect. Reviewed on: 20th August 2019

Easy online buying even with medical conditions

Easy to search for all our needs - couple’s annual insurance with one needing to declare some medical conditions. Easy to complete and a very competitive price for excellent coverage of basic requirements. Great website with a password access customer zone. Have not had to use but renewal time is approaching and fingers crossed we’ll get a good renewal offer. Reviewed on: 20th August 2019

Excellent service, easy quoting system. Knowledgeable, friendly staff

Quoting was clear. I have medical issues and obtaining an annual multi trip policy was still simple. I was ill on holiday this year and ringing from a French Hospital on a Sunday morning to report the illness was also an easy experience. Fabulous in every way!

The online experience meant I could easily tailor our insurance needs without any pressure from a salesperson. I was able to read all the details of the policy at my leisure and have all the documents stored on my phone with easy access to them should it be needed.
