No help at all and quite rude.

I needed to top up my loan a week early as I was desperate for a washing machine. I first sent an email which was ignored. I enquired and received an email back which just as always read extremely rude. No apologies but we must wait or any way around it just to help a good customer. Just no your loan is due when it’s due and that’s that basically. I just think their written correspondence could do with some training in how to speak to people. Reviewed on: 11th July 2025

Ive had a positive experience directly from customer services, the only thing I struggled with is the online access to my account it doesn't seem straight forward to recover my account after forgetting my password and its still an issue that needs to be resolved Reviewed on: 10th July 2025
