Great for trips abroad.

Great service, I used my card abroad to pay for trips etc. I got a better conversion rate than the bank was providing. Also no charge for using card either. Reviewed on: 17th April 2024

The app does not show up-to-date balances on log in.

The app is terrible. Balance for current account is not up to date when first logging in the app. Sometimes it will not update for ages. This is an app issue and not my phone/signal/WiFi issue. Sometimes I will get a notification of monies into my account, but when I open the app it is not updated. Several times I have opened the appto see what funds I have, only to then have a payment declined as the balance was not up-to-date. This is not acceptable. Setting up a payment is easy and good. Sending payments is easy and good. This is why I will continue to use the app, but it really does need a lot of improvement. Aestheticly it could look better and have larger print for people with eyesight problems. Reviewed on: 17th April 2024

Very reliable.

Very reliable. Never had any issues with the app or getting support from a person when I had an issue with a transaction. Interest on paid on the current account is a bonus compared to my other bank and the automatic round-up to make saving easier is great for me too. Reviewed on: 17th April 2024

Seamless banking
