Doing money well

I’ve recently joined Chase within the last 6 month.

I’ve recently joined Chase within the last 6 month. I use it as a daily spend account. The account has been very easy to use and there has been no instances of the card not working or needing approval on 10th time etc like other banks. I’m really satisfied with Chase so far. Unusually, surprisingly good

I've tried quite a lot of the traditional and challenger banks in the UK, and have found Chase's app, website and customer service by far the easiest to navigate and understand. Also, they're constantly sending me interesting new offers, competitions and tips, I actually haven't unsubscribed to their newsletter which is unheard of for me! Reviewed on: 16th April 2024

Excellent and efficiant.

I have found Chase bank to be very efficient, especially with notifications for transactions. Also they send regular information by email, regarding their services and promotions. The app is very easy to use and and seems to be very secure. I have only chatted once on the support line and that was also very quick and very helpful and informative. in general they have an excellent service. Reviewed on: 16th April 2024

Solid no issues

I currently use Chase as my main back account for monthly spending, very easy to setup and quick to use, no issues so far and I have been using them since they opened up in the UK. I use my Chase account in conjunction with my Curve card, I also use their savings accounts, Nutmeg investment account and round up account, again with no issues and ease of use Reviewed on: 16th April 2024
