My overall experiences - the good and the not so good.

I've had a few experiences with direct debit just flat out not working with Chase, but that is usually down to outside features with other banks not working with Chase which feels like a poor choice for those other banks. I love how money in my current account unlike with other banks is actively gaining !% interest, now that may not be much but that 1 percent means so much more than Zero percent, and if it wasn't for the lack of complete direct debit support, I would drop my primary bank and switch directly to Chase. I am new to Chase and so far they are pretty good I like their style of banking it suits my lifestyle and I feel more in control. Great digital interface on app and website. Easy initial account sign up. Love that you can open multiple current accounts very easily afterwards. It's so handy when it comes to splitting up my money for different purposes. Great cash back offers. A round-up feature helping me save and the ability to hide accounts is so useful as I build good financial habits. Everything just makes sense and you can tell a lot of thought has been put into the little aspects. A revolutionary bank for sure. Reviewed on: 16th April 2024
