Extremely versatile

The way a bank should be

I was sceptical about opening an account with a purely online bank, fearing that customer service would be restricted to the 'bot' level, but in fact the level of customer service when I have needed to speak to someone has been exceptional - better than dealing with traditional banks. I receive 1% cash back and interest (currently 4.1%) on the account, and a round -up scheme for a small additional saving, plus no.charges for using abroad. Couldn't get much better! Easy to set up an manage on line and so convenient to use when traveling, which was one of the attractions. The other is earning 1% on everything I spend, for a year not a huge amount but is makes me smile every time I see the transfer in to my account. Reviewed on: 14th April 2024
