Excellent easy to use app. Great interest rates. All transactions are instant. Very secure. I had to make a large payment for a purchase. I received a call from chase to make sure I was not being scammed before they allowed the payment to go through. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Excellent communication

I have contacted Chase a couple of times and they responded immediately and sorted my issue out directly. I have both savings and current account with them and highly recommend them. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Cashback without charging you fees!

It is the only bank that gives cashback without charging you a fee or anything, plus international purchases are also fee-free (I do hate when banks charge you a non-sterling fee, for instance). Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
