Chase always keep me informed and offer great products particularly savings accounts and great value when spending abroad. They also protect my transactions by calling me if they feel there may be a Scam in progress. Reviewed on: 14th February 2026

Best banking app, customer services & incentives

Chase has the best banking app I’ve used - super easy to navigate and intuitive. It has the best customer services I’ve used - quick replies but not a live chat that you have to sit open and wait for a reply that closes of you leave it too long. Amazing incentives/rewards - cash back, refer a friend, some of the better interest rates. Reviewed on: 14th February 2026

Never had problems with chase.

Never had problems with chase. I use it for my main account and there are a lot of good capabilities. I’m glad to see chase is now integrated with Amex so I can directly link my accounts. I have never had a problem with the app and the support is easy to reach out to. Reviewed on: 14th February 2026
