They are fare, and I save when I spend so it suit me down to the ground. I highly recommend them to my friends and family. What I particularly like is the monthly account reviews and the interest I earn. I use the current account and have activated the round up facility; I also have a savings account. Have been impressed with Chase Bank since I have opened my account. Customer service is outstanding, representatives speak clearly and concisely. Phone calls are answered straightaway and you are not passed from pillar to post, which seems to happen each time I contact my high st bank. It’s wonderful to be able to use my card abroad and now they have improved their savings account will transfer those to Chase as well. Good luck to them and shame that the high street banks, which offer no service in store, so are actually just online as well do not have the same service. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
