Always easy to contact customer service at any time and they are always happy to help. The app is easy to use and helps you see what your spending to help you keep track of your money. The cashback on debit card spending is also a nice bonus. Would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Life is easier with Chase!

Using my Chase bank is so easy, and even more so when abroad, I know I can trust to make payments without having to pay extra charges. I also love the fact that my details are hidden, to prevent fraud, it just seems a much safer way. Fantastic & genuinely helpful

Everytime I've contacted Chase, whether for an issue or just for information, they have been incredibly helpful and forth coming. My issues have stemmed unrecognised transactions/duplicated transactions all the way through to just simple in app issues. These issues have been resolved very quickly all things considered, and if they were unable to resolve it there and then, they provide me with a full breakdown of what will happen next and a timeline for when it will happen. It is very, very rare that I have had to chase them or contact a 2nd time to get something resolved. (I believe in the 2 years I've been with them I've only had contact them twice on one occasion!).
