I love Chase Bank.

I love Chase Bank. I have both savings and current account with Chase and it is so easy to manage both in a single app. Best rates in the UK that no other bank can offer. The customer service is very good, I have forgotten...

The customer service is very good, I have forgotten to cancel one of my recurring subscriptions and I have then opened a ticket as I wasn’t aware that I was going to be charged, the customer support agent has promptly responded, and have immediately blocked the subscription. In addition, I have then received a follow-up message stating that if the money would be taken away from my current account again, then I should report it back to them and they will raise a dispute.
