I love Chase Bank.

I love Chase Bank. I have both savings and current account with Chase and it is so easy to manage both in a single app. Best rates in the UK that no other bank can offer. Very happy with the online platform and never had to reach out to customer service. Never had any issue so far. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Excellent but your UK call centre is not so good

Excellent product range but your UK call centre is not good. For example having an Asian person with a strong Scots accent answering the phone leaves a lot to be desired.Very hard t understand and I am a Scot Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
