Ideal online bank!

When setting up the Chase account I was recommended by a friend and I carried on recommending my friends as the app is so easy to use and they were give £20 for each referral. They have stopped doing that but the interest rate and the 1% back on every payment is fantastic! Have never had to use their customer service so cannot comment on that but so far so good! Round ups

I like that when you use your card it rounds up to the nearest pound and that you can then transfer your round up savings to your balance at anytime you want quickly and easily the only thing I dont like is that you have to put at least £500 in every month just to activate the savings part Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
