Their customer service is excellent. If there is long wait for your call to be answered you have the option to hang up and be called back without loosing your space in the queue. The cash back is great. Their app is so user friendly. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Chase current account

Have been using Chase for a couple of years now. The banking app is great for a current account, notifications are instant, the design is easy to use. The 1% cashback on debit card payments is a nice bonus and to have no charges using the debit card abroad is a great feature with competitive exchange rates.
