Separate accounts are good. Agents are helpful.

I've been using the chase current account for the cashback offer and it has been going great. I've created three separate accounts within my one, for general spending, household shop and holidays. I had an issue when on holiday with the card being declined, I used the live chat to discuss with an agent and they were able to resolve it the issue within an hour. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Chase is very easy to use.

Chase is very easy to use. I have Recommended it to my little brother and sister. I use chase bank as my every day The best thing about Chase bank I’ve got to be there round up. I love looking in my round up after a while and finding out I’ve got £20 saved up. And the cash back is also very good as well.
