Cash deposit difficulty

After receiving an email regarding opening cash deposits from February it was really hard to contact customer services to find out about cash deposits and how this could be done. The bank should aim to improve the way to be able to do cash deposits. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

BEST-EASIEST-MOST REWARDING BANK ABOUT

I love how easy it is to use their app. It is so clear and I believe anyone at any age would be able to navigate it. You have a great chat service which is quick and efficient which I have already used and my issue was resolved within 10 minutes. I couldn’t recommend this bank enough.
