I love Chase Bank.

I love Chase Bank. I have both savings and current account with Chase and it is so easy to manage both in a single app. Best rates in the UK that no other bank can offer. Very happy with the online platform and never had to reach out to customer service. Never had any issue so far. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

I have been a member of chase bank UK since launch.

I have been a member of chase bank UK since launch. I really have appreciated the 1% cashback over this time and have recommended it to several friends, which was after the refer a friend scheme finished. Also when spending abroad, it shows the conversion rate and this really impressed my friend, who had bought currency before leaving the UK. The chase rate - which had no commission fees, was always better than the rate my friend had got her currency for. She hasn't looked back and also referred to her Mum. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Really well thought out app.

Really well thought out app. I like that I can access my card and account details and copy them easily when shopping on my phone. I had one issue with an incorrect charge which chase customer services were able to help with. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Great UI and self explanatory.

Great UI and self explanatory. one would hardly face any challenge while setting up their account. I am an outsider and for people like me Chase is a really a saver. Chase are an amazing bank.

Chase are an amazing bank. Their customer service is super friendly and helpful. I've had a great experience whenever I've had questions and queries. The chase application is easy to navigate and informative and the rewards feature is great building a bit of extra cash when you use the card in a shop. Would highly recommend to people.
