Chase is great for knowing where you are with your money and as I like to travel I can rely on them worldwide. Good customer service & cashback

Good customer service and good value (up to £15 per month cashback). The app is a bit slow and regularly insists on being updated which is annoying if you are abroad with roaming charges, and I don't like that card authorisations are only done through the app, no option of sms or email. The best online bank I’ve ever used. Definitely has the features you’d want from a banking app in 2024. Having the ability to create and manage separate saving pots is great. The link to Nutmeg for my ISA makes managing and paying in a breeze. The spend round-up and year one cash-back features really are clearly defined and pay a good rate of interest.
