I've never had much of an issue with Chase.

I've never had much of an issue with Chase. Solid current account, easy to manage and access savings accounts, clean interface and very few maintenance or access issues, which is great. The communication occurs all within the app which can feel frustrating but is efficient. I had some issues with the comms regarding a fraudulent payment that took some time. However, once it was picked up by the right team they handled it faster than I would have expected, expressing their apologies for the prior lack of support and communicating everything with me. I'm happy with Chase, especially with the ability to use it abroad. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
