I’ve genuinely had such a positive experience with Chase. From day one, the app has been incredibly intuitive, clean and easy to navigate — everything just works exactly as it should. What really stands out is the transparency. No hidden surprises, clear breakdowns of spending, and the cashback feature is actually rewarding rather than gimmicky. It feels like a bank that’s built around how people actually manage their money today. Customer service has also been excellent whenever I’ve needed support — quick responses, helpful explanations and no unnecessary back-and-forth.
