Great for immediate updates of spend and cashback too.

Great for immediate updates of spend and cashback too. I was charged by a foreign supermarket in Cyprus although they said it had rejected, I spoke to Customer service and within a couple of hours they had spoken to the supermarket and refunded my charge. Easy to set up great rewards

It was extremely easy to open the account online there are some great features such as 1% cash back on purchases which has really added up I also like the round the pound feature where it rounds up your spend to the nearest pound and you get 5% interest on that I have recommended chase to a lot of my friends as I am extremely happy with this bank Reviewed on: 28th February 2024
