Great all around banking experience.

Great all around banking experience. The app, card services, benefit programmes, savings account - all of it work well and are really easy to use. Great for expats - they even sent me my tax information in the relevant curency to make filing abroad easy. And customer service took all the stress out of a card issue I had. Better than my High street bank!

Their website is easy to use and navigate. You can have different accounts for different events in your life. Love the roundup and 1% cash back, makes saving without even trying. The interest rates are better than other banks. I have never had to wait long to speak to an actual person when contacting customer support and most issues are resolved quickly. Chase, easiest banking app I've used.

The Chase banking app is the simplest banking app I've used, I can constantly monitor purchases plus I get notified when funds are paid in. I simply draw funds from Chase savings whenever required and replace them in savings if not needed, this is on a daily basis. Any queries, you can contact them within the app, they were so nice and helpful when I had an issue, which they solved instantly for my. Chase are brilliant! Reviewed on: 27th February 2024
