Straight forward and instant help.

Straight forward and instant help. Great to have all these options in a bank account. Only drawback is the slow connection on startup for my phone, but I think it is my phone. Reviewed on: 18th February 2024

I am very impressed with Chase.

I am very impressed with Chase. I was able to open my account with them easily and quickly. I was fed up with the lack of benefits with my previous bank and wanted to bank elsewhere. Upon opening my current account, I was also able to open a Savings account too. They also offer a Round up account which is a brilliant idea and is very helpful in saving extra money. In the short space of time I've had my account, I have had a fair amount of cash back which I never got with my previous bank. The app is great and very easy to use. Rewarding round ups.

Rewarding round ups. I love how Chase creates its own savings account for everything you spend from your current account. Chase also categorises your spending into retail food travel etc which is very helpful when budgeting and looking at spending habits. Chase is also brilliant to use on holiday when abroad as it does not incur any additional fees. Reviewed on: 18th February 2024
