Since opening my Chase Bank account, I have had nothing but great customer service, able to see my money in and out clearly, refunds within the next working day, sometimes even on a Saturday! Professional, helpful & outstanding customer services

I had a query about one of my transactions & they dealt with this issue swiftly & professionally. During another transaction I was transferring a large sum of money & the security measures in place were excellent to ensure it was something I was processing. On a different transaction I had possible fraudulent activity going on, the team were brilliant & resolved this matter instantly. I can recommend Chase Bank enough. Reviewed on: 18th February 2024
