1% cash back on spending 1% interest on balance is not massive but far better than the nationwide that are happy to use my money for nothing the customer service helpline is helpful friendly and efficient and easily as good as going in branch at other banks / building societies. The app is simple to use, very informative and efficient to use. I find the Chase banking app very easy to use.

I find the Chase banking app very easy to use. I'm kept up to date on all my transactions as they are flagged up after each transaction on my phone. I see the round up facility on all my purchases and this adds up as a little extra way to save. Plus getting a little extra back each month from all of my retail purchases. Chase is a fantastically easy and customer orientated way to bank. From the initial registration and across the day to day use I cannot believe how great it all is.
