Best modern day bank

I have changed banks 3 times in the last 4 years because of terrible customer service. Chase has been amazing, their app is so easy to use. Any issues I’ve had have been dealt with promptly and efficiently. I will be staying where I am. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

Great secondary bank.

It's a great secondary bank. The savings rates, round ups, and the all-important cashback are great! Chase is let down by its mediocre, laggy, and somewhat stupid app. It's great for a secondary bank to spend money from, but not good or reliable enough to be your only bank! Great bank

The app is easy to navigate and use. The staff are easy to contact and helpful. The only negative is that you are unable to deposit cheques and cash. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

Informative Bank

I like the way chase informs me when I have spent from my current account as well as how much and to whom. Also let's me know when money has been added into my account. Chase also gives you an incentive to save with them as they add an interest every month rather than a yearly interest. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024
