Communication, Communication, Communication!

This bank is so unusual in that they offer a person and immediate customer service with a real person to speak to. Regular financial updates on my account and interest earning opportunities. Easy to use abroad with instant exchange information following a spend. I cannot rate this bank highly enough and really appreciate that they understand that banking is a relationship between the bank and customer and make sure that it is a good and rewarding experience!
