Chase is the best

Chase is easy to use, always available and I love that you can separate money into pots for different savings goals. Their interest rates are highly attractive and the fact that I can earn money back on my purchases is the icing on the top! Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

Offers the best service in banking.

Joined Chase a few years ago, Initially the saving account was the attraction with a very good interest rate which is now dramatically reduced but I have remained with them. I use my current account for every day purchases and wished they offered a direct debit service as I would use as my sole account. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

Great customer service!

Great customer service! A help line that answers quickly - doesn't keep you waiting for tens of minutes. People that understand the banks systems and can nearly always answer the question, even when the questions are about unusual things (which is why we call them in the first place). Opening an account on line is very easy and the ability to open and close different accounts is invaluable. And on top of all that they give great interest rates if you get the extra bonus options.
