Fair Banking made easy

Joined Chase over a year ago and not looked back. TBH only joined for the 1% cash back but have since opened a savings account. The app is great and very informative and it always evolving. You are encouraged to participate in it's development. I have still kept my main bank account but will certainly consider moving everything once they offer the full banking service. Easy to set up and use

The current account was easy to set up and is easy to use and gives me updates to my phone when I spend or if I am getting close to my contactless payments limit reminding me I will have to insert my card so I don't feel flustered by my card not working, Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

All round, very happy with Chase!

UI: The Chase app makes me feel secure - I like that I have to authenticate payments that I make online. The interface is easy to understand and I find it easy to track my money via the app. Banking: I initially joined Chase to spend money on holiday as there are no fees for spending abroad. However I now use Chase for all my spending as another perk is that I get cashback. The round-up savings feature is also great. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024
