Strong on supporting customers

Chase current account services are absolutely brilliant with their focus very strongly on their customers. This is emphised by their round up scheme which allows their customers to save a little every day during their tough economic environment while their cash back scheme rewards purchases through their current account. 24/7 support regardless of the question

This bank has all the right staff, all the right accounts & the very best support. I've yet to ask a question regardless of the time of day or night, whether I'm in the UK or abroad & not receive a quick response, the answer of support & leave feeling I made the right choice. After watching a Martin Lewis program i looked into...

After watching a Martin Lewis program i looked into opening a chase account for an upcoming holiday. having opened and generally finding my way around the app, which i found very easy to use, I used the card on my holiday in Turkey. well what can i say.. except wow. the card was so easy to add, withdraw & spend with it became my go to card and even today after 5 months of using the account after my holiday, i find myself still using the account as my daily spend card, and will be closing my regular high street account. Chase Bank gives value for money in all respects.

Chase bank gives value for money in all respects. Interest on all accounts and customer service is second to none, quick answer to a human being and nothing nothing is too much trouble. Updates and info given regularly about finances etc. Best bank by far. What is left of the high street banks cannot get close to Chase Bank in any aspect. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024
