Very good app and easy to use, great interest on savings and cash back offers for just using your card for everyday purchases. Online only so not so easy to get cash into it but for bank transfers direct debits and BACS it’s excellent. No fuss.

No fuss. Just works for me. I do have higher interest savings accounts but that is the only downside to my Chase experience. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Top class bank.

Top class bank that helps you look after your money. Always know when a payment is going out and get alerts if your account is short of funds. Love the cashback on spending. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Easy to use with added extras

I’ve no issues with Chase since opening a bank with them. I feel much safer with the added security measures in place. The rewards for using your current account are great and the app makes everything very easy. I had to contact customer service to handle a purchase I’d made to a company who sold me a fake item, the issue was dealt with and my funds returned. The separate account for holidays is very helpful, kept me in budget and I didn’t have to worry about exchanging money before my travel, meaning walking with large sums of money in euros.
