Great support

Recently had to transfer a sum of money larger than the app allows. Contacting support through the app to arrange an increase to the limit was simple, even on a Sunday evening. The app is simple and clear to use. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Never had a querie, everything has been first class since day 1 Clear and concise, I'm a relative novice to app banking, no longer the case ! Product choice up their with the best account's anywhere on offer. No pressure sales, just clear product offerings. Comforting to know i can speak to a staff member if i need to. A super online current account from a trusted brand

Opening my account was straightforward and hassle-free. My debit card was received quickly .The Chase App is clear,and simple to navigate. My account gives me everything I need from a current account, with no monthly fee and no unnecessary add-ons. The current cashback offer is also a welcome 'bonus'. My privacy/security are enhanced by my account details being held on the App and not embossed on my card. I also like the system controls which limit the number of contactless payments by requiring regular use of chip and pin actions. The speed and detail of notifications is very useful. Changing of the guard

I opened a current account around three months ago. The process was without any issue whatsoever. I recently travelled to Australia and over the last month I have been using my debt card to pay for everything. I haven’t needed any Australia currency exchange saving me money. In addition every transaction is immediately updated on my banking app giving me minute by minute information on my spending. This whole process is effortless and highly efficient. I have enjoyed having this account and do not miss my old Bank account of fifty years with a top four bank at all! Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
