Best in every way

The best banking service available

When I have needed assistance, they have been on the end of a phone line, with a minimum of fuss. Staff are able to get things dones quickly without having to pass you form pillar to post. The account app is really very easy to use and all the information about your account is at your fingertips. The Chase card is fantastic, with both cashback and fee free international transactions; it is safe and secure to use and really helpful when travelling and making international purchases. Exceptional banking and such a pleasure banking with them; so many other banks could learn from their positivity and can do attitude. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Chase bank provides me a great service.

Chase bank provides me a great service. They allow me to save my money and earn high interest. I also get a round up account and cashback on items that I buy in-store and online. Customer service is really good and when I have needed to contact them they speak to me straight away in app on by phone and my problem gets sorted. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
